  • Lift the heels (tiptoes)
  • Find a flat back. Hips in line with shoulders.
  • Soft bend in the knees
  • Shoulders slightly behind wrists
  • Soft bend in the elbows so upper body stays active
  • Push the carriage back slow while keeping your back flat in the tabletop position
  • Go as far as you can while keeping your back flat, when your hips starts to dip, that’s your signal to bring your legs in
  • Think about contracting right underneath the belly button
  • Pull in with the core, not by shifting/pulling with the hips
Modifications
  • Harder: move toes closer to the center of the carriage
