Lift the heels (tiptoes)
Find a flat back. Hips in line with shoulders.
Soft bend in the knees
Shoulders slightly behind wrists
Soft bend in the elbows so upper body stays active
Push the carriage back slow while keeping your back flat in the tabletop position
Go as far as you can while keeping your back flat, when your hips starts to dip, that’s your signal to bring your legs in
Think about contracting right underneath the belly button
Pull in with the core, not by shifting/pulling with the hips
Modifications
Harder: move toes closer to the center of the carriage
